EstateX may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Content and AI Generations
You retain ownership of property data and content you submit. You grant EstateX a limited license to process this content to deliver the service.
AI-generated outputs are provided as drafts. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy and legal compliance before publishing.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the Billing page.
Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Disclaimer and Liability
EstateX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EstateX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of EstateX after changes means you accept the revised terms.
